Oh goodness – first it was “Cash for Clunkers” now “Cash for Caulkers”?

You got to be kidding me. With all the current problems that our great country keeps trying to dig out from underneath the best that we can do is insulate our homes? It just makes me wonder why in the world we keep electing these goobers and not small business people to run the country. These elected officials have no idea how to run a business they do not know how to make money or meet an payroll – just how to spend money that they do not have!!

Reporting from Washington - Declaring that insulation is "sexy," President Obama today pushed Congress to create a program giving homeowners cash incentives to improve their energy efficiency by replacing windows, caulking leaks and modernizing heaters and air conditioners.
